1、When submitting a commission application, please ensure that the information you provide is truthful, reliable, and sufficiently detailed. Any losses caused by submitting incorrect information will be borne by you personally.
2、When submitting a commission application, please upload a highly completed animal costume design that includes a dual view. If there are other detailed descriptions or requirements, they can be filled in the introduction column.
3、If you are under 18 years old, please ensure that you have obtained the consent of your guardian before sending us the authorization application. Any losses or problems caused by false age reporting will be borne by you personally.
4、After submitting the commission application, our staff will reply to your design quotation via the email you filled out within seven working days.
5、We will not respond to maliciously submitted order information.
1、We will conduct a feasibility assessment of the production based on the role related content you provide. Not all characters are suitable for making fursuit. We will proactively communicate with you and make appropriate compromises and modifications when problems arise.
2、The character design you provide must be privately and independently owned. We do not accept commissions for characters that are not owned by you, characters in works, or characters that involve copyright or ownership disputes with others. If necessary, you will need to provide corresponding independent proof of ownership. If there are copyright related disputes or legal risks arising from the character you provide in the later stage, all responsibilities will be borne by you.
3、We have the right to refuse your commission.
1、When you receive our order request feedback email, after paying the deposit and material fees as required, your order will enter the scheduling process. The deposit is usually 20% of the total commission price, and the material fee is 20% of the total commission price.
2、We support payment by Alipay, WeChat payment, bank card and PayPal.
3、In the ordering process, we will purchase woolen cloth for your fursuit. If you request a refund at this time, we will only refund half of the deposit fee, the material fee will not be refunded, and we will not send the woolen cloth.
4、After the production process of the work begins, if you request to cancel the production, we will not refund the fee and will not send the fursuit.
5、After the commissioned work is completed, we will contact you to collect the remaining balance and postage. After receiving the remaining payment, we will ship the goods to you.
6、If you fail to pay the final payment within one month after the completion of the work, we will consider you to have waived the role commission. We reserve the right to modify and dispose of the fursuit works you have commissioned for resale.
7、Due to studio reasons, we have cancelled the commissioned production on our own and will refund the full amount.
8、If you need to use a payment plan (installment payment), please contact us.
1、During the production process, you can make three modification requests for the semi-finished product we are currently making. Multiple modification suggestions can be made within the same batch of modification requests. We will evaluate the parts that need to be modified, which is usually free of charge. Any modifications beyond the number of times or the scope of modification is too large will incur additional modification fees.
2、In the ordering process, we will select the wool material and communicate the color and style with you before purchasing. Please note that the wool color may not be exactly the same as the design drawing, but we will try our best to match the closest color.
3、During and after the production process, we will showcase our work on social media platforms and websites. If you wish your work not to be made public, please inform us before the production begins.
4、If there are any unforeseen circumstances that may cause us to delay the commission, we will proactively notify the client.
1、The shipping cost will not be included in the estimated commission, and you will need to pay for it yourself
2、The shipping fee does not include insurance, you can request an additional fee if needed.
3、We are not responsible for package loss, delay, or damage caused by non parties. If such an unfortunate situation occurs, please discuss a solution with us together.
4、Shipping overseas only accepts bank card payment.
1、Within 180 days after receiving the animal costume, if you find any defects or problems in the production, please take photos immediately and contact us.
2、During the 180 day warranty period, if the defect is due to a deficiency in our production, we will be responsible for free repair and payment of round-trip shipping costs.
3、Free repair does not include size discrepancies.
4、After the 180 day warranty period, we will evaluate the relevant issues and charge repair fees based on the situation, and you will bear the round-trip shipping costs.
5、Regardless of whether it is within the warranty period or not, repair costs will be charged based on the situation where human damage is the main responsibility.
6、Intentional damage or alteration of fursuit on a subjective level will result in the cancellation of all subsequent warranty services, and depending on the situation, may lead to you being blacklisted
